We hope you love all your items but for any reason you wish to return any of our products please return your items to us within 14 days of receipt including your original order note.
1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope that you love every purchase that you order with us however we appreciate that this is not always the case. In the event that you would like to return your item we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
2. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1.Re-pack the item in its original packaging where possible with labels and tags still attached.
2.Cover your address label with the Lagenlook Boutique returns address:

1.Return the package by using a trackable method from the Post Office or courier ie. first class signed for as we can only refund once the item is received by us.
3. HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
1.If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message to email@example.com page, advising us of your order number (by logging into your account (scroll to the bottom of the page) and select View Order/s), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investgate this for you.
2.Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in section 2 ‘How do I return an item?’
We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
5. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 4 working days of the items arriving back once all checks are completed by our returns team. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
6. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

7. HANDLING & POSTAGE TIMES
ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2PM UK TIME WILL BE POSTED THE SAME DAY.
UK Standard: All shipments made under this option will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, the packing and handling is 1-3 working days. This service is a flat fee of £2.99 per order.
UK Premium: All Shipments made under this service will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, the packing and handling time is 1-2 working days. This service is a flat fee of 3.99 per order.
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY: All Shipments made under this service will be posted vi Royal Mail Special next day delivery and will arrive before 1pm- *cut of time 2pm*
International Shipping: All shipments made under this service will be posted via Royal Mail International Shipping, packing and handling time is 1-3 working days for Europe and 5-7 days for the Rest of the World. Customs charges do not apply.
Europe delivery is £7.00 for each additional item postage is £3.50
Rest of the World delivery £12.00 each additional item postage is £6.00
