Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return anything, please send it back within 14 days in its original condition with your order note. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

1. Repack your item with tags still attached.

3. Use a tracked service (e.g., First Class Signed For). We can only refund items once they arrive back with us.

Faulty Items

If something arrives faulty, email us at sales@lagenlookboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Return it using the same steps above and we’ll sort your refund quickly.

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 4 working days of your return arriving with us. Refunds are issued using your original payment method.

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are posted the same day.

Free delivery over £150

• £4.50 – Standard (2–3 working days)
• £9.50 – Express (1–2 working days)
• £9.50 – Next Day (Mon–Sat, before 2pm)

Europe

Free delivery over £200 Tracked shipping: £12–£19 depending on weight Delivery: 7–14 working days

International (Non‑EU)

Free delivery over £250 Tracked shipping: £17–£39 depending on weight Delivery: 7–14 working days Taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived, email sales@lagenlookboutique.com with your order number and we’ll investigate. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving please email sales@lagenlookboutique stating your order number and we will investigate with our courier and keep you informed.
